Most of the people know that sport is good for health. But among those most of the people, less are engaging in a sport. If you do not engage in sport, it will affect your health straightly killing you inside without knowing. I will tell you some major advantages you will get if you engage in a sport.

Dying from a cardiovascular disease is one of the major problem human is now facing. You can fix this by simply choosing a sport. Many universities have proven that engaging in a sport will reduce the chance of getting a heart problem from 30% to 60%.

Sports improve your focus. For example, if you lose the focus on a ball that is coming to your face, you will get a mark on the middle of your face. We all know, by doing a sport will increase your blood flowing rate to the brain and it will increase your brain activity. Because of this, you will have a better focus with a sharp mind and quick decision ability.

By doing any sports which will not require any team will also lead you to have more friends even in all around the world. For example, let’s take swimming (Not the team relays.) and even if you do it alone, you will find many friends if you go to a swimming meet. When it comes to a team sport, there are the best advantages you can have. Like you can learn how to communicate with each other or how to do a single task having many brains on it and many more. There was a research done by me giving 40 people 4 tasks. I grouped them for 4 teams. And I specially put 10 basketball players in to one group. Then I saw that the first place was taken by the basketball while other teams were stuck on some questions. Questions were like “Who will be the leader? (Two was fighting for an idea) How to balance all the brains and do the work? (Having many brains to the task will be easy, but when it comes to arguing part. That’s the worst.)” Basketball team became first because they chose a leader and they all share (didn’t argue) their knowledge respecting each other.
Doing a sport will definitely make you happy and you will breathe fresh air where you won’t get in your closed room. Because of doing sports, there are many chemical reactions happing in the body. And when you get more tired, you will get a better sleep at night. The people who don’t involve in sports will face a horrible sleep at night and also day making them think “Why am I sleepy this much?”

Leaders are not born, they are chosen. A leader means not a guy having the best muscles in the room.
