Most of them do not care about anything rather than earning money. But what will happen if you get sick? This is not the best way to get the attention of those people. How to Manage Your Free Time?

Let’s consider the first heading. Free time? Does it exist? Most people know that they wake up, bath, eat, go to the office, work, come back home, eat, and sleep. Is that it? So where is my free time? You will simply figure that out by doing some simple tasks. If you want to get free time, try these.

Make a Time Table

You will probably spend 10 minutes of your time to make a time table. I am guaranteed, it will be useful. Make a table with 8 columns naming Time, Monday, Tuesday, and continue. You are the person who knows better about yourself. So I am not going to push you to have early waking up or later sleeping things. You choose what time you wake up and make the Time table like this.

And so on. Then you can see that there are some time intervals which you probably assume and make a better chart. Let me show you it.

Mark Free Time

I know that I can wake up at 4.30 am and also I can get ready within one hour. So I make a better one with perfect time ranges.

Now you can see that some major differences happened. If I woke up at 4 am I have half an hour extra free time. Like that make a little sacrifice to have free time. You must have to sleep at least 6 hours and try to accomplished that and make your free time.

Use it for Exercises or Sports.

What can we do in our free time? Watching movies, playing games, or reading books and I think you may have more than 100 options. But if you think for a minute, you will understand those hobbies you trying to do is the same as your job. Reading books, playing games, etc. So think out of the box and do a sport, or exercises or something that will make you sweat. Then only you will realize that you are not a robot. Trust me. That is something most of the people need. Not only workers but also students, teachers, lawyers, and nearly more than 40% of the people are now facing stress. Because they all are stuck inside a box.

By doing exercises you will feel free and you will feel relax. I have full body workout for beginners and also for advanced athletes. Let’s talk about beginners’ workout.

Beginners’ Full body workout plan

Jogging or Walking

If you are walking, then you have to walk for 30 minutes at least. If you are jogging, 10 to 20 minutes is enough.

Exercises for Beginners

In here you have to do exercises in a parallel method.

  • When you finished first set for legs then move to the first set for abs.
  • After that move to the first set of shoulders.
  • Then rest for 1 minute and start to do the second set of each.
  • Rest 2 minutes and do the other major set.
  • You have given 2 days to rest. Because muscles need to rest.
  • After 1 month of training increase the sets by one. (That means 3 sets)
  • After 3 months you can start doing the Advance method.

So this is my full full body workout plan. Do at least 6 exercises per each workout. Choose the best exercises for you. Have at least one free day. If you want to take 2 free days. But no more than two free days.
